Halloween at Melanges a Trois cafe in Brussels
We gathered for a carnivorous Halloween evening at Melanges a Trois cafe in Brussels, owned by 2 of our friends. They cooked Asado (the Argentinian way of preparing barbecue, I will describe it further in the post).

Ne-am adunat pentru o petrecere de Halloween la cafeneaua Melanges a Trois, deschisa nu de mult de niste prieteni in Bruxelles. A fost o seara carnivora (o sa vedeti mai jos despre Asado, un stil argentinian de a gati carnea la gratar).
Asado (meat cooked in Argentinian style, cooked slowly for a few hours on hot coals. The result is a very soft, tender meat, very easy to chew. It melts in the mouth. In the photo is a full lamb).
Asado (carne gatita in stil Argentinian. Aici e un miel intreg. Carnea e gatita la distanta de carbunii incinsi, timp de cateva ore, rezultatul fiind o carne foarte frageda care se topeste in gura).
