The love I have for Paris, in photos
Not everyone understands the love I have for Paris. But for me, France’s capital holds a special place in the heart. Paris is for me:
- the city from the novel “The Lady of the Camellias” (French: La Dame aux camélias) by A. Dumas
- Montmartre neighborhood from my favorite movie “Amelie”
- the streets of Paris from 2 of my favorite movies of all times “Before Sunrise” and “Before Sunset”
- the Seine river and its artists depicted in my childhood cartoons “Sandy Belle” (the seed for my love for Paris started growing because of this cartoon)
I’ve been to Paris 4 times so far, but I would go again, and again, and again…to admire the large boulevards, the white buildings, the Seine, the artists in Montmartre, the parcs, the people…
- farmecul strazilor Parisului din “Before Sunrise” si “Before Sunset”, alte filme de suflet

I love these photos, so creative! I am going to Paris in two weeks, thanks for the insight.
Have fun!
Love locks – some Australian Councils have been removing these as they are considered an eyesore! Yes or No to love-locks? Your attention to details is as usual wonderful.
For me is deffinetly “no” to lovelocks. People should prove their love in a different manner than to hang locks on bridges. The side of the bridge in Paris fell under the weight of these things…
