High Tatra Mountains, Slovakia
High Tatra Mountains (Vysoké Tatry in Slovak) are a mountain range along the border between Slovakia and Poland. The highest peak in High Tatras is 2655 meters high.
The following photos are from Slovak side of the High Tatras, beautiful landscapes in summer and winter.
Muntii Tatra Mare sunt un lant muntos de-a lungul granitei dintre Slovacia si Polonia. Cel mai inalt varf are 2655 metri inaltime.
Pozele urmatoare sunt facute in portiunea muntilor Tatra Mare din Slovacia. Peisajele sunt superbe, atat iarna cat si vara.
Beautiful images 🙂
Hi Richard! I am glad you liked it 🙂
I did, it reminded a bit of Austria, which I love.
I’ve never been to Austrian mountains, but I heard it’s pretty awesome 😀
It is, very lovely, but my favourite is Wengen in Switzerland. If I could afford to, I’d live there in a flash.
Love the penultimate image with the peaks just showing through. MM 🍀
Hi Mick! 🙂 yes, that was super nice, the mountains breaking through the clouds.
It is great to see these images. We often sell maps for the area, but the true beauty is in the real thing, or at least the photos!
What an amazing landscape… some of the images looks straight out of a story book 🙂
The view of the snow capped twin mountain peaks through the trees is just beautiful.
