Sun and architecture in Ixelles, Belgium
Ixelles (in French) or Elsene (in Dutch) is a neighborhood in Brussels, Belgium, about which I wrote also here. Most of the buildings in Ixelles are (like in other parts parts of Brussels) with brick facade, not very tall, giving a feeling of a “toy city”. There are corner grocery shops and little restaurants, pubs or cafes with tables and chairs on the sidewalk.
