Barcelona, Spain
With Barcelona it was love at first sight. I don’t know if it was the warm spring weather, Gaudi’s art, the palm-trees or my birthday celebration on the beach of the Mediterranean Sea, but I want to go back some day and rest on a bench in the sun in Park Guell.
Tip: to avoid the crowds and enjoy the peace in Guell Park, wake up soon and visit early in the morning (before 10 AM).

Beautiful photos! I went in that jewelry shop when I was there in December – it was so cool!
How awesome! you’ve been in that jewelery shop! there were all these jewelery looking like bugs and other weird crawling things 😀
Yes! Crazy cool bug earrings and I remember seeing a chair made out of stuffed hamsters 🙂
Oh my! Poor hamsters 😀 THAT chair was not there when I went.
Lovely pictures that bring back many wonderful memories on my last trip there. Did you try the ice bar right at the beach? (My personal favorite!)
Thanks Suze! no, I didn’t try the ice bar, sounds cold though 😀
