Lost in fog. Cinquantenaire Park in Brussels, Belgium
It’s been a very dense fog a couple of nights ago in Brussels. The shooting took place in Cinquantenaire Park (I really have to mention the location otherwise you’ll never guess where it was, because the Triumphal Arch – the landmark of the park – was eaten fully by the fog and is not visible in any of the photos (oh, I actually mentioned the location in the title..)
I like fog (just not when I am driving), there is something mysterious to it – you don’t know what is going to come out of it…a monster? a killer with a knife? a zombie?… What?! I watch horror movies. Don’t you? (BTW, if you know any good horror movie, please let me know).
Wonderful series! I like the atmosphere; the colors and the compositions. You were having a great time!
what a nice place 🙂 🙂
😀 It’s even nicer in the sun 😀
These photos are gorgeous! I’ve been wanting to get to Brussels for ages… X
🙂 Hopefully when you come, the weather will be nice…it’s not a very sunny city 😀
I went to Cinquantenaire Park when I visited Brussels 6 years ago. Had you not told me where those photos were taken, I wouldn’t have recognized it! They remind me of the photos that I took in Hong Kong almost two years ago when the fog was incredibly thick: http://harindabama.com/2012/01/23/an-even-foggier-day-in-hong-kong/
Wonderful! You’ve captured the best face of fog!
Who’d say that fog would look so good in pictures?
Great job, Corina.
By the way, “The Conjuring” is a great horror movie.
Thanks for the compliment, also for the suggestion, I saw The Conjuring yesterday and liked it! I am a fan of paranormal activities and exorcisms in movies 😀
wow these are amazing photos!

Love the colours in this. Who’d think that fog could be backlit so beautifully 🙂
🙂 thank you Jo, I didn’t think the photos will turn out so nice, it was the first time I shot the fog 😀
Ah the last shot is so beautiful! Didn’t make me think of a killer coming out of the woods; rather, like I would step into a different world if I walked towards the trees! I love all your photos!
